Description

35 The Avenue is a detached house dating from around 1880, likely designed by R N Shaw. It is constructed of red and yellow brick, with some sections tile hung, and features a tiled roof. The house has two storeys and an attic, with a two-storeyed gabled bay. Decorative brickwork enhances the entrance, and there are two original brick piers at the front of the garden.
