Description

Nos 16 and 18 on The Avenue are a pair of houses built around 1877 by Coe and Robinson. They are constructed from red and yellow brick, with some sections featuring tile hanging and tiled roofs. The houses are two storeys tall with attics, and they have tile-hung gables above the two-storey bays. The entrance doors are hooded and located on the side elevations.
