This is a circa 1876 house on the south side of Blenheim Road, likely designed by W Wilson. The house is constructed of red brick with tiled, gabled roofs. It is two storeys high, with a large, gabled two-storeyed bay window in the centre. The ground floor has paired Ipswich windows, and a smaller window is located on either side of the bay window. The main entrance is on the side elevation.
