Description

This building is a house dating to approximately 1876, originally designed by E W Godwin and later adapted by W Wilson, with subsequent alterations. It is constructed of red brick with tile hanging to the gables, and a tiled roof. The house is two storeys with an attic, and features a two-storey late bay at the front, an entrance porch, and a three-storey gabled bay to the side. A lower, flat-roofed wing extends to the rear, incorporating a modillion cornice and a balustrade to the higher portion. The building possesses group value.
