Description

Nos 7 and 9 The Avenue are a pair of houses built around 1876 by architect E W Godwin. They are constructed of red brick, with some sections tile-hung, and feature a tiled roof. The houses are two storeys high with attics and have two-storey bays that are set under gables supported by brackets. The entrances are located on the side elevations.
