Description

Nos 3 and 5 The Avenue are a pair of houses built around 1877 by architect E.W. Godwin. They are constructed of red and yellow brick, with some sections tile hung and tiled roofs. The houses are two storeys high with attics and feature two-storey bays beneath gables that are supported on brackets. The entrances are located on the side elevations. It is noted that No 5 has been altered.
