Description
The Grange, now part of Eltham College Junior School, is a substantial house dating to about 1860. It is constructed of stuccoed walls with a hipped slate roof, featuring an eaves cornice and a dentil band. The ground floor is characterised by French windows, many of which have semi-circular wrought iron balconies. The side elevation displays a rusticated, neo-baroque staircase, with a round-headed arch topped by a pediment over the ground floor, and balustrades.
