Description

A range of mid-19th century villas located on Oxford Road, NW6. The group comprises paired houses with a wider end house. Numbers 12 to 26 (even) are three storeys high with a basement, while number 12 is two storeys and has a basement. Each house is generally three bays wide, with the exception of number 52, which has four bays. The ground floors are finished with channelled stucco, while the upper floors are brick with stucco dressings. Houses 48 to 52 have projecting porches and angled bays. The first floor features arched windows, and the roofs are low-pitched slate with a bracketed eaves cornice.
