Description
This is a mid-19th century range of paired villas, numbered 18 to 56 Cambridge Avenue. It is a long building composed of multiple villas, each with three storeys and a basement. The villas are two or three bays wide and constructed of brick with stucco dressings above a channelled stucco ground floor. Two-bay villas have segmental heads over the ground floor windows, while three-bay villas feature a tripartite window arrangement on the ground floor and arched heads to the first floor windows. A bracketed eaves cornice runs along the top of the building. Single-storey stucco links connect each pair of villas.
