Description

No. 10 Cambridge Avenue is a mid-19th century detached villa constructed from stucco. The building is two storeys high and three bays wide, featuring a central doorway and a flat pitched slate roof. The ground floor windows have arched segmental heads, and there is a bracketed eaves cornice. Notably, there is a large relief of animals above the entrance, and the villa is associated with the use by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA).
