Description
Nos. 372 and 374 Wandsworth Road are a pair of substantial early to mid-19th century villas, each of three storeys and a basement, with a three-window front. They are constructed of stock brick; No. 372 has a modern rendered front elevation, while No. 374 retains older Roman cement. Both villas feature a cornice and blocking course. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, and those in No. 374 are set within moulded architraves. No. 372 has a two-panel door with a rectangular fanlight, located within an altered prostyle porch featuring square columns. No. 374 has a modern double door within a prostyle porch.
