Description
Abbeyhill, also known as Montrose Park Residents Club, is a building dating from around 1830. It is rendered and stands two storeys high. The façade features three wide sash windows with glazing bars, with the ground floor windows being round-headed and set within relieving arches. There is a central door topped with a round fanlight, and it originally had a trellis porch with a tented canopy, which is now missing. The building has overhanging eaves and a hipped slate roof. To the left, there is a window extension made of painted brick, along with some modern additions.
