Description
Lawrence Farm House is a late 17th century or early 18th century building located on Goodwyn Avenue in Mill Hill, NW7. It is constructed of red brick and features a steep roof covered with modern machine tiles, along with a brick modillion cornice. The house has two storeys and attics, with four sash windows in flush frames that have flat arches. Each floor also includes one additional dummy window. The entrance is a round arched doorway that contains a fanlight and a fielded panel door. There are one and two storey lean-to additions at either end of the house. The garden front features a similar doorway accessed by stone steps.
