Description

The Old Mill House, also known as Sugar and Spice, dates from around 1740 and is a two-storey building featuring a dormered mansard roof and prominent chimneys. The structure has three windows and is constructed of red brick, with a parapet and projecting brick banding. The ground floor includes an attractive shop front, and there is a double pitch tile roof above. To the right, there is an additional lean-to.
