Description

Hilltop Cottage, Linden Cottage, Vincett Cottage, Norah Cottage, and Ridge Cottage are late 18th century cottages located on Hammers Lane in Mill Hill, NW7. These weatherboarded cottages, with Ridge Cottage featuring a brick facade, are cream washed and stand two storeys high, each with one window, creating a somewhat irregular yet very picturesque group. The butcher's shop, established over 100 years ago, is also two storeys tall with two windows and has a weatherboarded shop extension at the front. The roofs of these cottages are a mix of tiles and slate.
