Description
The building is a pair of mews houses from the mid-19th century, located in Halkin Place, City of Westminster. It is constructed of stucco and features a slate hipped roof with a parapet. The structure is two storeys high and consists of three main bays, which are separated by broad pilasters. The full-height channelled rustication adds texture to the façade. Each bay has a giant segmental blind arch that contains a square-headed entrance, although the doors have been replaced. There are two square-headed sash windows with plate glass in both the centre and right-hand bays. Above the first floor, there is a cornice, and the building is topped with a balustraded parapet. The centre bay features an arched consoled centerpiece with a modillion cornice. Additionally, there are cast iron area railings, and to the right, there is a mews arch that is also stuccoed and has a segmental-headed cornice.
