GV II Terrace house c.1717 with mid to late C20 alterations. Painted brick and stone, slate roof. Three storeys and dormered attic. Four windows wide. Rusticated stone quoin piers at party wall divisions. Ground floor has later C20 shop front. First and second floors have tall camber arched windows (later C19 glazing to sashes) in plain surrounds, vertically linked by rusticated stone aprons, moulded stone sills. Dentil cornice above second floor with blocking course.

Part of Lord Scarborough's development of Hanover Square introducing a German-Hanoverian facade type and Baroque plan to the scheme's layout.
