Description

TQ 2880 SE CITY OF WESTMINSTER HERTFORD STREET W1 80/103 No 19 GV II Terraced town house. c.1768-70, as part of the development of the south side of Hertford Street by the elder Henry Holland (builder, of Fulham) with his son, and in partnership with John Eldridge. Brown brick with channelled stucco ground floor, slate roof. 4 storeys and dormered mansard, on basement. 3 windows wide. Entrance to right with recessed 6-panel door and side lights under segmental arched fanlight, keystone to arch under moulded cornice. Recessed sash windows, no glazing bars, under flat gauged arches. Plain parapet with coping. Wrought iron area railings.
