Description

This is a row of terraced houses located on the north side of Molyneux Street, City of Westminster, built in the early 19th century. The buildings, numbered 41 to 49, are constructed primarily of brown brick with a stuccoed ground floor, although Nos. 46 and 47 have channelled stucco. Nos. 41, 42, 48 and 49 also have channelled stucco. The roof is hidden. The terrace is three storeys high, with a basement level. Each unit has two bays.

Each house features a round-arched entrance leading to a six-panel door, with No. 46 having a fanlight above its door featuring radial glazing. The windows are mostly 16-pane sashes, aside from those at Nos. 43 to 45. Above the ground floor, sashes with glazing bars are set within flat, gauged brick arches. The basement is protected by wrought iron railings.
