Description

This is an early 19th-century terrace of houses located on the north-east side of Molyneux Street, City of Westminster. The terrace comprises numbers 25 to 38. The buildings are constructed of brown brick, with stucco applied to some of the ground floors. The roof is hidden. Each house stands three storeys high, with a basement level. They are arranged in pairs, each pair presenting two bays. Round-arched entrances are present, some leading to doorways with six-panel doors and fanlights, the fanlights featuring radial glazing. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. Iron balconies are attached to the first floor of the houses. Flat, gauged brick arches feature above the windows. Cast iron railings surround the basement level.
