Description
This is a terrace of four houses located on Seel Street, built in the late 18th century. The houses are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature a slate roof. They stand three storeys tall with a basement, and each house has two bays, except for No. 47, which has three bays. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed, with most featuring glazing bars. The entrances are round-headed and paired. No. 45 has a boarded ground floor window and iron area railings. No. 47 is plastered and includes wooden blind boxes along with iron area railings. Nos. 49 and 51 have panel doors.
