Description
No. 13 Bolton Street is a terrace house built in the late 18th century, with some alterations and heightening from the mid-19th century. The building is finished in stucco and has a concealed roof. It stands five storeys tall, plus a basement, and is two windows wide. The ground floor features channelled detailing and a round-headed fanlight doorway located to the left. The windows are recessed sashed without glazing bars, topped with flat arches, while the first-floor windows are adorned with scrolled pediments. A dentil cornice runs above the third floor, leading to a sheer attic storey with parapet coping above. There is a patterned cast iron balcony on the first floor and wrought iron railings around the area.
