Description
No. 6 Stratton Street is a late 18th-century terrace house located in the City of Westminster. The building is constructed of grey brick with a rusticated stucco ground floor and features a slate roof. It stands four storeys tall with a basement and is four windows wide.
The ground floor includes a semicircular arched doorway on the right, flanked by sidelights and topped with a radial glazed fanlight. The first floor showcases a broad segmental bow containing three sash windows, which have flat gauged arches, a cornice, and a blocking course. The upper floor features recessed sash windows with flat gauged arches as well. A stucco cornice and blocking course run along the top of the building. The first floor bow is supported by a cast iron standard with a Greek Revival pattern, and the area railings are designed to match this style.
