Description

No. 15 Bolton Street is a terraced house built in the late 18th century, with some alterations. It features brown brick with red-colored window heads and a slate mansard roof. The ground floor is finished with channelled stucco. The house has three bays and stands four storeys tall, plus dormers. The doorway has a segmental arch with a plain fanlight and a panelled door. The windows are square-headed, with gauged heads above the ground floor sashes, which are made of plate glass. There is a cast iron balcony from the mid-19th century on the first floor, and the dormers are also square-headed. The property has cast iron area railings. The interior has not been inspected.
