Description
This is a mid-19th century mansion located on Kensington Gore. The building is constructed of stucco with a slate roof and extends over three storeys, an attic, and a basement. It has an eight-window facade, incorporating a three-storey canted bay on the left and a polygonal corner turret on the right which returns onto Queen's Gate. The entrance is within the fourth bay from the left, set within a slightly projecting porch featuring Ionic coupled columns. A balcony is present on the first floor. Windows are square-headed with architraves. The building has a rich cornice, with pediments over the dormers and chimney stacks. Cast iron area railings are present. The building returns along Queen's Gate. The interior has not been inspected.
