Description

No. 10 Charles Street is a terrace house built around 1753. It features a brown brick exterior and a slate roof, rising four storeys with a basement and a dormered mansard. The house is three windows wide and has a Doric columned porch on the right side. The revealed sash windows, which retain their glazing bars on the first floor, are set under flat gauged arches. There is a main cornice above the second floor and a parapet with coping at the attic storey. Additionally, cast iron area railings are present.
