Warehouse with offices. 1910 by Beresford Pite. Yellow stock brick with stone dressings, slate roof. Generously glazed facade in Beresford Pite's individual Free Style. 4 storeys. 2½ bays wide. Central arched entrance and semicircular arched staircase doorway to right linked to circular framed bay light above, the main entrance archway recessed in 3 orders with same imposts but varied springing heights, label mould and keystone. Segmental and semicircular arched close set windows with casement lights, the arches rising from vestigial columns and imposts; 3-light 3rd floor lunette below flat gable; segmental arched windows at mezzanine levels to right lighting the staircase.
