The forecourt wall located to the south of numbers 90 to 94 on Bayswater Road is a mid-19th century structure made of painted stone. It features circular piers at each end adorned with swags and topped with large rusticated ball finials that are decorated with lion masks. The wall itself is low and serves as a boundary. This wall is included in the listing for its group value with the surrounding buildings.
