Description

TQ 2881 SE CITY OF WESTMINSTER OXFORD STREET, W1 56/113 2 lamp standards in middle of road between junctions with John Princes Street and Hollies Street II Early C20. Tall circular-section cast iron standards with elaborate double brackets bearing hanging hexagonal opal glass lanterns. Foliated relief decoration to the square section base, with the arms of St Marylebone Borough Council in relief to one side.
