Description

25 and 27 West Hill is an earlier 18th century yellow stock brick house, similar to its neighbor but with a front that is segmental on plan. The parapet conceals a pantiled gambrel roof. Originally part of a pair, the ground floor has been altered for use as a shop. On the first floor, the right-hand blind window features a gauged flat arch, while the left-hand glazed window has an early 19th century wooden architrave. Above these windows is a brick bandcourse, and there is a flat-headed dormer.
