Parmiters School

Parmiters School is a late 19th-century building constructed of red brick with white stucco dressings, featuring gables and panelled chimneys. The structure has three storeys and a basement, with a total of four bays, a tower, and a hall that includes a large bay. It showcases mullioned and transomed windows, which are adorned with relieving arches. The top of the tower is decorated with half-timbering, and there is a gabled Gothic doorway at the top of the steps. The school is part of a group with the adjacent buildings, including Nos 2 to 24 (even) and Nos 27 to 45 (odd) and Nos 49 to 71 (odd).
