Description
No. 16 Prescot Street is a building from the last half of the 19th century. It is constructed of red brick, featuring blue brick and stucco dressings. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, showcasing a large eaves cornice and chimneys topped with decorative caps. The building stands three storeys high with a basement and has six windows. The windows on the ground and first floors are round-headed unbarred sashes, with two lights on the first floor and three lights on the second floor, separated by interval bays adorned with stucco columns. The right-hand bay is slightly advanced, while the left-hand bay features panelled double doors that are accessed by steps.
