GV II Early C19. Stock brick with white stone coped parapet and white stone band above ground floor. Three storeys and basement, four windows, those of ground floor round arched. All sashes with glazing bars. Round arched door with fanlight and six-panelled door. Area railings.

The iron railings and paved roadway of Wapping Pier Head form a group with Nos 1 to 15 (consec) and No 4½, Town of Ramsgate Public House, Oliver's Wharf and this section of the wall and entrance to London Docks, and four bollards, Wapping Old Stairs, Wapping High Street.
