Description

These are two early 19th-century semi-detached houses located on the west side of Beaumont Grove. The houses are built of brick with a rendered blocking course and a stucco string course at the level of the first-floor window sills. They are three storeys high and have four windows each. The first and second-floor windows have gauged flat arches, while the first-floor windows are set within wider, shallow recessed arches with moulding between the windows at the impost level. The ground-floor windows are round-arched with stucco reveals. All the windows are sash windows with glazing bars; the ground-floor windows feature gothic interlaced glazing bars. The central doorway is round-headed with a concave stucco surround, a plain fanlight, and a panelled door.
