Description
This early 19th-century property, St Paul’s Vicarage, is located on Dock Street. It is constructed of stock brick with a stucco cornice and a stucco band at the level of the second-floor sills. The building is three storeys high with a basement, and has three windows per floor. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, and the ground-floor windows are framed by stucco architraves. The central entrance has a moulded architrave and a hood supported by scroll brackets. The door is four-panelled and has a fanlight above it. The property is surrounded by iron area railings topped with spear-head finials.
