II Former comprehensive school for girls. 1959-60. By Chamberlin, Powell and Bon. Concrete glass and brick with flat roofs to teaching blocks.

Two four storey teaching blocks, linked by covered ways to central complex which includes pentagonal assembly hall with house rooms to corners; cloistered quadrangle with kitchen, administration and library. Large areas of glazing. Assembly hall is roofed by five concrete hyperbolic paraboloids, separated by roof lights.
