Description

The forecourt wall and railings to Number 29, associated with Southwark Council Strategic Services, were constructed in the early 20th century. The low wall features a curved design at intervals, leading up to square piers made of red brick with stone copings. Between these piers are ornamental wrought-iron railings. The wall curves back at the right entrance, which is adorned with decorative wrought-iron gates flanked by two square piers that are banded in brick and stone, topped with ball finials. The wall continues along the right side of the building on Havil Street.
