Description
This is a pair of houses located at 106 and 108 Peckham Hill Street, dating from the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick and feature a parapet with sunk panels. The buildings are two storeys high with a basement and consist of two bays each, with outer entrance extensions that are one storey and one bay wide. The windows have gauged brick arches, with round arches for the ground-floor windows and flat arches for those on the first floor and in the basement. The ground-floor and basement windows are set in giant, round-arched recesses that include a stucco springing band, while there is a stucco sill band at the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
