Description

This is a pair of houses, numbers 61-67, forming part of a terrace on Camberwell Grove, dating from the early 19th century. The houses are constructed of amber brick with a coped parapet. Numbers 65 and 67 have a slate mansard roof with dormers. The houses are three storeys high, with an attic to numbers 65 and 67, and include a basement. Each house has two bays, with a one-bay entrance extension of varying heights to the front. The doorways are round-headed, with six-panel doors featuring fluted timber pilaster jambs. The door frames have cornices, reeded on numbers 63 and 67, and decorative fanlights, except for number 65. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are set in stucco lined reveals and have flat, gauged-brick arches above them. The interior of the houses has not been inspected.
