Pair of houses designed as double 'villa'. Early to mid C19. Brown brick, three storeys and basement. Ground and second floor windows are plain with flat gauged heads and altered sashes. 1st floor windows with flat gauged heads recessed in shallow brick semicircular 3 arched panels. Plain stucco cill and impost bands at 1st floor level. Stucco cornice. Contemporary single-bay two-storey annexe to other side containing round headed entrance doors with patterned fanlights. Single-bay pavilions set back beyond. (Cornice removed to right).
