Description

No. 82 on Romford Road is a house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of stock brick with stucco dressings and features four window bays, with the two left-hand bays slightly recessed. The ground floor has a pair of segmental-headed windows set in segmental arched recesses. There are steps leading up to a prostyle Greek Doric porch, which includes triglyphs and is located in the second bay from the left. The recessed sash windows have gauged flat brick heads. The return elevation has three bays, with the windows being blind except for those in the ground and first floor center. The building also has flat gauged brick arches, a stucco cornice, and a blocking course.
