House C18. Painted weatherboard with reeded lower edges to boards. 3 storeys. 5 window bays wide. Symmetrical. Central entrance doorway with moulded architraves and narrow side panels with consoles supporting moulded cornice hood above pulvinated frieze. Window openings with plain timber architraves and moulded cornice heads. C20 fenestration (fixed windows with louvred top lights). Eaves cornice. Hipped tiled roof with 3 centrally placed dormers each with hipped tiled gabled roofs. Weatherboarded return elevation to right. Scrolled timber advertising panel above eaves cornice.
