Description
This is a mid-19th century manse, originally built as a dwelling alongside a former chapel. It has two storeys and three windows. The exterior is of stock brick with stucco pilasters and a decorative frieze, cornice, and blocking course that rises to form a small pediment inscribed "EBENEZER COTTAGE". The windows have round arches within moulded architraves; No. 29 has sash windows with margin lights, while No. 28 has more modern windows. Ornamental cast iron window guards are present. The doorway has been altered and is set back behind an entablature surround.
