It is constructed from Portland stone and features a Neo-classical style. The structure is rectangular and stands on a high vermiculated plinth, with the sides battered and stepped at the base. One end has an inscribed panel that fills the entrance, and above this is an armorial device on the gable end of the pitched roof, which is adorned with antefixae.
