Description

45-51 Courtenay Street consists of two pairs of two-storey, two-window cottages built in 1913-14 by Adshead and Ramsey for the Duchy of Cornwall Estate. The cottages are constructed of yellow stock brick, with a stuccoed first-floor sill band featuring a key pattern, a top dentil cornice, and a blocking course. They have sash windows with glazing bars, set beneath gauged brick arches. The doors are of two large panels, with a lozenge-glazed top light.
