Description

This is an early to mid-19th century terrace of twenty-two houses, numbered 90 to 104 Lansdowne Way. Each house is three storeys high with a basement and originally three windows wide. The houses are constructed of stock brick with a stucco entablature. The entablature has deep modillions beneath the eaves of the fairly low-pitched slate roof, which also features dividing chimney walls. The sash windows have gauged brick arches; the ground floor windows are round-headed, while those in the basement are segmental. Most windows retain glazing bars. Six steps with a wrought iron rail and brick side wall lead to the four-panel doors, which have wooden architraves and blocked fanlights. The entrance bays are slightly set back from the main facade, and some houses have ornamental cast iron window guards.
