  1. Two-storey, three window early-mid C19 villa, with blocked sunk basement. Stock brick, parapet with wide sunk panels, stucco plinth and first floor cill band. Gauged flat brick arches to replaced sash windows (in round arched recesses on ground floor). Five-panel door with plain fanlight.
