Description

Nos 42 and 44 Holland Park Avenue are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They are two storeys tall and each house features three windows. The buildings are constructed of yellow brick with channelled stucco on the ground floor. There is a stucco blocking course above, and iron window guards are present on the first floor. Additionally, No 44 has an iron verandah on the ground floor.
