Description
Number 21 Holland Park Avenue is an early 19th-century terraced house. It is constructed of stucco, which may have been added later. The building has three storeys and is three windows wide. The windows on the first floor are corniced, and there is a main cornice above the second floor, topped by a parapet. The first floor features French windows with individual iron balconies. The upper floors have sash windows that still retain their glazing bars, while the ground floor windows have been altered. This house is a matching pair with number 19 Holland Park Avenue and is part of the layout of Campden Hill Square.
