These are an early 19th-century stuccoed pair of houses located on Holland Park Avenue. They are three storeys high with a basement, and feature two windows to one house and a single window above the door on the other. Notable features include good hooded iron balconies across the front at ground floor level, and decorative ironwork window guards to the first-floor windows. The roof is slate and extends to the eaves. The properties are designated for their group value.
